Caterpillar Rescue Update
In the Nov 24 entry I showed the butterfly box where nosotros seat a tiny swallowtail caterpillar rescued earlier the kickoff difficult freeze.
These photos exhibit its progress toward butterfly adulthood -
It grew to almost 8 times the size it was on November 24

An grew fatter, too. Yesterday I watched every bit the caterpillar wriggled toward the side yesteryear side stage
as well as this morn when I checked it had completed the procedure to chrysalis.
